I'd like to lose a little weight from and tone my legs, butt & stomach. But some people have told me that exercising those areas will make them 'thicker' which is obvs muscle but thicker is not...

Anonymous asked: I used to follow your blog last year and one of you talked to me on anon when I was very, very upset and really talked some sense into me. I weighed 160lbs this time last year, and now I'm 125lbs and I have better dumb-bell form than men at the gym, I run a comfortable 7 minute mile, and can make ANYTHING if you give me a bagful of veggies. I eat whole grains, fruit, vegetables, eggs, and fish mainly (sometimes I drink almond milk) and I do strength training and 30 minutes on a stationary bike a day. Hey loves!!! Happy Friday!
Today started off with some yummy oatmeal with cinnamon and a banana to make it even better and then a nice workout at the gym! -20 min interval cardio on the Stair-Mill -20 min of strength consisting of planks, ballet barre moves for the legs, and some more things that made me burn all over How are you starting your morning??
