Q: hey, first off i love your blog :) im looking for some insight from you girls. i normally eat pretty healthy and exercise on/off & walk everyday but always wanted to get rid of that stubborn 7-10lbs & become more defined. so i started hitting the gym 3 1/2 weeks ago - lifting weights, ab work etc & (probably not enough) cardio. ive also made sure my diet is clean & have been taking protein shakes but i cant say ive seen any difference despite doing the right things :/ any insight? thanks!
