Q: Hi! I'm quite slim but I'd like to lose a little weight or tone specific areas. I don't really have access to sophisticated equipment, and my diet is quite good already. I'd like to lose a little weight from and tone my legs, butt & stomach. But some people have told me that exercising those areas will make them 'thicker' which is obvs muscle but thicker is not the look I'm going for. Can you suggest exercises that don't require equipment that will do this, without 'thickening' the area? Thanks!
