Q: Hi! I'm quite slim but I'd like to lose a little weight or tone specific areas. I don't really have access to sophisticated equipment, and my diet is quite good already. I'd like to lose a little weight from and tone my legs, butt & stomach. But some people have told me that exercising those areas will make them 'thicker' which is obvs muscle but thicker is not the look I'm going for. Can you suggest exercises that don't require equipment that will do this, without 'thickening' the area? Thanks!

Q: I used to follow your blog last year and one of you talked to me on anon when I was very, very upset and really talked some sense into me. I weighed 160lbs this time last year, and now I'm 125lbs and I have better dumb-bell form than men at the gym, I run a comfortable 7 minute mile, and can make ANYTHING if you give me a bagful of veggies. Love and light to all three of you <3
