- so, I am sure I know some things I could do, but it makes me feel better to ask. I am looking to get into shape without spending $$$$ at the gym, and I don't really have anything at home, do you have any suggestions? I get out a run a bit everyday but it really is only like 5-10 minutes...I'm not a runner. I just want to lose those annoying 10 pounds, and I eat as healthy as I can! Thanks!! :-)
Running is a great way to stay in shape and lose weight. Since you’re currently not a distance runner, try running ten minutes, walking two, jogging three, and repeat for 30 minutes. I like to do a pilates videos at home as well! Check out POP pilates on youtube…Cassy is great, an she will get you toned up!
