Anonymous - Hi I LOVE your blog! I've recently started eating healthy and exercising in order live a healthier lifestyle but also because I want to lose 10 pounds for the beach. I eat whole grains, fruit, vegetables, eggs, and fish mainly (sometimes I drink almond milk) and I do strength training and 30 minutes on a stationary bike a day. I've only lost about one pound though since I started two weeks ago. Am I doing something wrong? I understand it takes time but I was wondering if you have any advice.
Hey! Thanks I would change your cardio to elliptical or step-mill and put it on a level 8-10 on fat burn. also add in HIIT (High intensity interval training google it) 2-3 days a week! good luck
