All I have to say is look at dancer’s bodies…this workout is amazing. It elongates, tightens, and tones your muscle (esp. your booty ;) Go to your local gym with classes and ask about it!! You WILL be sore after. And do not run before I made that mistake and I was shaking like crazy!
