If you have a small frame your ideal weight may be 125 pounds to 140 pounds. If you have a medium size frame your ideal weight may be 130 pounds to 145 pounds. If you have a large size frame your ideal weight may be 140 pounds to 165 pounds. More importantly than a number on the scale, strive be healthy. You can be within a normal weight range and still do damage to your body by eating the wrong kind of foods and neglecting exercise.
