Stair climber!
If any of you have walked by this machine in your gym and not stepped on, you’ve made a mistake!!!! This is a calorie killer! I hopped on tonight after my arm and ab work out for 20 minutes fat burner at level 10…needless to say my legs were burning one minute in! If you’re just started out start at about 6 then move up. I even popped it up to 14 and was basically running up stairs. I was really sweaty and tired so I know it was good :]
